Bangkok Patana International School has recently highlighted its Year 12 Design Technology students’ impactful collaboration with The Village International School. As part of their IB Design Technology Internal Assessment, students are creating inclusive learning tools for children with special needs, fostering empathy and practical design skills. This initiative involves working closely with therapists and allows Village students to explore advanced design tools like 3D printers and laser cutters at Patana’s campus.
Furthermore, the school celebrates the success of its graduates, such as Ellie, who, after thriving at Patana despite starting during the pandemic, is set to begin her six-year medical degree at Rangsit University. Her journey highlights the school’s focus on personal growth and challenging experiences, including completing all three levels of the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award.
