CanCham’s Women in Leadership (WIL) 2025 event, in its 8th edition, will shine a spotlight on three women of impact who have addressed difficult issues, led direction shifts towards positive change, and influenced their respective fields. 

Each speaker will discuss what drove her; how she accomplished her goals with purpose while staying authentic; and most importantly, how this could shape the next decade of women in leadership.

This year, we gather under the dynamic theme of “Believe, Achieve, Amplify” where innovation fuels progress, inspiration sparks growth, and influence drives change. These three pillars capture the essence of what it means to be a woman in leadership.
