ASIS Thailand Chapter, TAPA and OSAC are excited to partner in organizing this regional event bringing together security professionals from around Southeast Asia.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Attendees must be 21 or older to attend this event.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The hotel is located on Sukhumvit 22 with the cloest BTS Sky Train station being Phrom Phong. Parking is complimentary at the hotel.

What can I bring into the event?

Attendees are encouraged to bring business cards for networking and note taking materials.

What’s the refund policy?

30 days: Attendees can receive refunds up to 30 days before the event start date.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, either a printed ticket or mobile ticket from EventBrite are required along with identification.

Yes, you may login to EventBrite to update your registration information or email [email protected] at any time.

I am a speaker, sponsor or coordinator for the event, how do I book my tickets?

Email [email protected] and request the speaker, sponsor or coordinator booking code. These are available by request but requests must be made in writing.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?

No, valid identification must be presented with your ticket.
