By browsing our platforms, following our social profiles, attending our events, or subscribing to our emails, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please stop using our platforms and unsubscribe from our communications.

We provide all materials, briefings, schedules, and trade updates across our Digital
Platforms for general informational and networking purposes only.

  • No Professional Advice: Content does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or business

3. Marketing Emails, Event Registrations, & Opt-Out

    chamber news to members, partners, and individuals who opt in or maintain an active
    professional relationship with TFCC.
  • Instant Opt-Out: You may withdraw consent and stop receiving marketing emails at
    any time. Click the “Unsubscribe” link in any email footer, or contact our administrative
    office (Section 10). We process unsubscribe requests immediately without charge.
  • Ticketing & Payments: Event registrations and ticket purchases remain subject to
    event-specific cancellation rules, invoice terms, and Thai tax regulations.

4. Community Guidelines & Platform Moderation

When posting on our social pages, Google profile, or community channels:

  • Professional Conduct: Do not post defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, deceptive, or unlawful material. Unauthorized commercial solicitations and spam are prohibited.
  • Third-Party Rules: External host platforms enforce their own terms of service and community standards.
  •  Content Removal: We reserve the right to review, hide, or delete comments that violate these standards and to block repeat offenders.
  • User Views: Comments and opinions posted by visitors or members belong solely to their authors and do not reflect TFCC’s official positions.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

TFCC, its members, or its licensors own all original text, media, and design elements across our Digital Platforms.

  • Permitted Use: You may view, download, and share our public circulars and articles for
    personal use, internal business evaluation, or social sharing, provided you credit TFCC
    and link to the source.
  • Prohibited Use: You may not copy, modify, distribute, license, or commercially exploit
    our materials without prior written approval.

6. Event Photography & Media Opt-Out

TFCC documents seminars, networking luncheons, and social gatherings using
photography and video.

  • We publish event media across our website, newsletters, and social channels to
    highlight chamber initiatives.
  • If you prefer not to appear in published media, notify our administrative office (Section
    10), and we will remove your photo or video promptly.

Our platforms contain links to external websites, including member directories, partner chambers, institutional resources, and ticketing vendors. We provide these links solely for convenience. We do not control and accept no liability for the content, security practices, or privacy policies of external sites.

8. Updates to Terms

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
