TFCC’s Corporate Member and a Finnish developer, Siam Oriental is actively developing two new projects, Siam Oriental Dream and Siam Oriental Oasis in Pattaya. These are its 11th and 12th projects.

Siam Oriental Condos is noted for its focus on quality design, with expertise in building in a tropical climate. The company states that it has over 1,400 satisfied condominium owners.

• Project Details and Sales:
  • Siam Oriental Dream: This project is scheduled for completion in 2026. It’s designed to offer efficient, affordable living spaces with a rooftop terrace that includes a gym, pool, jacuzzi, and sauna.
  • Siam Oriental Oasis: This project, located on Pratamnak Hill, is expected to be completed in December 2027. Sales for units in this project have begun. The developer is offering a 10% discount on certain studio layouts until September 15, 2025. The project will consist of three 8-story buildings with a variety of unit sizes and features.
